Sleepy's Maroochydore

I rang from NZ today to sort two beds, I spoke with Michelle and she sent me options, photos & costings within minutes. A call was made to the manufacturer for me, confirmed the date of delivery and late this afternoon I have two beds sorted for me. Fantastic advice and service, I highly recommend dealing with this store.

Michelle has a great knowledge of what people need in the way of bedding. She took the time working with us to make sure we purchased the correct bed for our needs. She greated other people as they entered the shop , but soon returned to us to help us continue in choosing. Good staff are hard to find.Regards Tim and June

We ordered our beds in October for delivery in Jan/Feb. Michelle was great to deal with. Her product knowledge was tip top and her customer service skills brilliant. We were impressed with the after sales care and follow up and the delivery team were great too.

My partner and I went into sleepy’s looking for a mattress and immediately Alli was there to help, she was absolutely fantastic. We then took a couple of weeks to decide what we would buy and where from we decided that because of the awesome friendly service and knowledge from sleepy’s and Alli we would buy from there! My partner and I ventured into Sleepy’s Maroochydore today in search of a decent pillow. We had it on good authority we would find one at Sleepy’s and we were not disappointed! Ally looked after us superbly, explaining the benefits of a good nights sleep and how important a pillow was to achieve that goal. She selected 3 pillows and asked my partner to lie on one of the beds to best test the different types of pillow. She was patient with the process, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Michelle was in the store and was also friendly and helpful and the 2 girls had a wonderful, positive, natural energy between them. Overall we are excited about our purchase and it was such an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be recommending Sleepy’s to anyone in the market for quality bedding.
