Walked in at 10:40 am 40 mins after they open, attendant was wiping down the front counter that had dirty marks on it with music way to loud asked me what I wanted had to repeat myself before I asked them if the music was to loud.Went and sat down when I realised the floors and most of the tables were way to filthy, hadn’t looked like they had cleaned from the night before being that I was the only person in the place apart from the staff.Finished eating and went to the washroom where it smelt of stale urine and the walls. mirrors and basins were filthy.Avoid the place if this is their standards of hygiene, hoping I do not get sick from the food I ate.Won’t return.

So messy. Floors are disgusting and sticky. I ordered in store and had to wait 25 minutes for a simple order for two people. Table were full of rubbish and not cleaned ready for next customers. Very very poor customer service. All out terrible. Will not be going back.

Excellent!Stopped for lunch between jobs.Nice & Friendly Service, Quick & Efficient Drive Through, Order Correct & Food Was Delicious!Overall best KFC experience I've ever had.

A good business owner and/or manager take’s feedback seriously. Particularly the negative feedback. Having read through so many negative reviews for KFC Singleton, it’s clear that whoever is in charge here, does not care. And we all know that the fish rots from the head. The toilets were atrocious. The tables were filthy (there were about three people using tables). I have nothing against having a staff of young people, but these guys have not been appropriately trained. Their substandard attitudes and care factors are learned behaviours. I can’t blame them. But management is to blame here and if they are so blind to the obvious, I don’t see anything changing to improve their feedback scores and comments. It does beg the question of how clean things are in kitchen if the rest of the place is unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a zinger box through drive through today, trusting their service. To only get a few minutes down the road and I’m missing half of my order! No burger, only 1 zinger piece of chicken and fries. Half a potato and gravy. I couldn’t turn around as we’re heading on holidays. Won’t be ordering from there again. Ridiculous.

Absolutely filthy!! Tables chairs weren't cleaned I had to ask for them to be wiped over. The female staff flicked the rubbish and food off the tables onto the chairs. The bins were overflowing. Male toilets not working. The young boy who served us had zero customer service skills at all. Walking into the store it looked like it was a classroom for grade 6, sooooo many young staff with zero care, no eye contact, no customer service skills. This store is fukn joke and if I were the owner/manager I'd be embarrassed to have such an appalling team.

- Male and female bathroom absolutely filthy.- Employee was uninterested. We waited to be served, there was no reassurance that they’ll attend to us in a moment. Another employee said “I don’t know how to use the register”. Instead of having that employee stand there and not know what to do, why not walk him through how to use it?- There was no eye contact.- Employee rubbing whole face repeatedly over work bench.- Our meal had the roll missing, yes it’s ‘just’ a roll but that’s money spent and expected to receive.- 4 out of 6 menu screens not working.- Popcorn chicken was more like popcorn crumb. Where the chicken at?- Food was lukewarm, chips soggy.Overall experience disappointing. I know it’s a fast food chain but it is a business and if you want returning customers then good hygiene practices and professionalism makes all the difference.
