We are Current Tenants in a rental property managed by Chelsea at Hocking Stuart 100% would not recommend the lack of communication and extremely rude and unprofessional emails I have received from this property manager is absolutely appalling.I have been told to communicate with my partner better when things were wrong on there end to things being said like “let’s make it clear I don’t work 7 days a week” when all I was asking for was to be communicated with within BUSINESS hours or have my voicemail responded to once back in the office none of this was doneI have never received such unprofessional service from a professional in my life. I will never rent through Hocking Stuart again let alone have them manage a property of ours this will be taken further as it is bulling and I’m sick of the rude inappropriate emails. If there was an option for no stars I would give that.

I arranged online inspection with them and after booking no one called. When i called they make excuses, they said the person is caught up with something and will give you a call soon but no one called. I waited for two hours then they said please send someone on your behalf if you can’t do it personally. So I requested my friend, she went there. Nobody came and after waiting half an hour she called. They made the excuse again and the person by the name of Sara came after 45minutes. She didn’t bother to apologise or even greet her. While she was inspecting, Sara closed the back door and didn’t let my friend to inspect the property properly.They don’t care about your time and don’t expect apologies from them even you have to wait for hours. I wish I could give the rating below one.

Avoid rental department at all costs the property Manager Chelsea is nothing but an unprofessional rude person I honestly don’t know how she’s still in a job there … has absolutely no care for her tenants nor investors of the home. Avoid putting your home through them at all costs at least that lady anyway. Where’s the option for 0 stars for the property manager at Hocking Stuart.

My purchase was a part of my migration from Sydney to Melbourne so most of it was done from a distance apart from the initial meeting.Most of my interactions were with Sarai Hastie. Sarai conducted herself extremely professionally and with integrity. Her warm and friendly personality made a normally stressful process relatively painless. Big thumbs up.Damien was also very helpful on the one occasion I spoke with him.

PEOPLE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND AVOID THEM.Specially Chelsea she is in rental department at end of the lease she suddenly changed her behaviour to the worst. She is so disrespectfull, greedy and just dnt deserve to be a agent the way she treats the tenants .

Fantastic service Damian was so helpful knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. He had our best interests at heart and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer my family and friends.

As a tenant I face extremely stressed and find them useless. Wasting our time doing open homes and not selling Or getting the right buyer/ investor. Pass 7 months open house been happening and always claims serious buyers are coming for viewing but nothing happen. They push for private viewing and worst they are manipulative. Make all arrangements and then changes it and gives hell and makes lame excuses!!Never trust them with your homes to sell or even deal with them! They are unreliable agents.

Avoid this place because Chelsea was our property manager. First time renting through HockingStuart melton. We originally had a lady named Rita who was amazing! Then she left and Chelsea became the new property manager. She’s the rudest person I’ve ever come across. So glad to never have to deal with her again! If I could give no stars I would. She’s now with Barry plant I believe so avoid that one too.

Thank you to Damian and Sarai at Hocking Stuart, they went far out of their way to help my family and I find the property I was looking for. The professional standard at Hocking Stuart is upheld extraordinarily, and they are lovely people with genuine intention to help. I monumentally recommend Hocking Stuart for any property related needs.

Sarai made our dreams come true and helped us secure our first home. Hocking Stuart is lucky to have someone so wonderful on their team. We can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us!
