Kind Staff. How busy it is, there service is the best I have even seen out of all the other places I have visited. Keep up the good work guys. Keep up the good work.

either staff members are overly trained or not trained at all, you hear different stories from different staff members, i went through the most horrible journey for just an overseas conversion, staff member by the name of kirby has served me a few months ago where she made some weird rules for me to produce international evidences to prove i am eligible to drive, later when i went to different branches, they were very co-operative & helped me with the process, today after i passed my practical test and i went for the final conversion process unfortunately i had to deal with Kirby again as i was next and as usual terrible service, long wait and unnecessary justifications. I am hoping Service Tasmania will train these staff members to understand how important job they are doing, hence a little empathy would help a lot of people. Very frustrating and dissapointing.

Great service, helpful and friendly staff

Very rude staff when we visited yesterday, 6 September 2022 at 1:30 pm (the lady at the third window from the left). We were asking politely but she just kept answering rudely without even letting us finish with our inquiry.

Victoria and Ling are very efficient and helpful. Changed over my interstate licence and registration with no fuss. Thank you

Nice and helpful enough staff, but 40 minute wait times and cues out the door? This place needs more staff and a bigger office.

Friendly, professional and helpful staff. I am not living in this area but I don’t mind to travel far to reach out a staff who is patient and willing to deal with your problem.

Not at all friendly. The couple of people we dealt with treated us as though customers were a nuisance. Misnamed SERVICE" Tasmania.It doesn't hurt to smile. Also coughing so shouldn't be at work. Rude woman."
