We have been using Cargoconnect for airfreight shipments from Los Angeles to Brisbane. The service is second to none. Within hours of confirming the freight, it is collected within the US and delivered as promised to us in Brisbane.Freight costs are comparable to other air freight companies however their service levels outstrip the competitors.In house customs broking makes it an easy choice.

I contacted Rob some time ago enquiring about importing my product from French Polynesia. From my first point of contact he was extremely accommodating. From silly questions I asked to his manner in customer service has been 5 star! It took me some time to organise and understand everything, but with his help, he made the entire process effortless. I would highly recommend Cargoconnect for their customs broker service. I recently had some personal goods shipped into Australia and had no idea about how the process worked to import goods via sea. Cargoconnect helped me understand how the customs broker service worked (no other customs broker services took the time to talk me through the process and what it involved), and then supported me every step of the way while we waited for my goods to be inspected by Australian Border Force & Quarantine. Quarantine did not turn up for their initially scheduled inspection time and this caused massive problems for me (as I was about to go overseas) but Cargoconnect, specifically my agent Randy, were absolutely awesome. They pushed for Quarantine to reschedule the inspection and then organised shipping and storage of my goods after the inspection occurred (as I was overseas at the time). All the while I had the sense they understood how important the goods were to me, but also how keen I was to keep the cost of importing them as minimal as possible. They did everything to ensure I wasn't unnecessarily charged for anything and kept me informed at every stage of the process. If you are importing goods into Australia you could not have better agents liaising on your behalf than Cargoconnect. Highly recommended!
