Selected CLH as our builder of choice as they are located in the Yorke peninsula and local.Would love to say that our build went totally to plan but It did take a little longer than anticipated.In saying that our house was definitely worth the wait.No hidden estimates as the upfront cost were pretty accurate.The finishes that we selected as part of the standard builders range were equivalent of what were upgrades from other builders we had enquired with.The standard on which the house was handed over is a credit to the site supervisor Jared.The team at CLH always responded with enquires we had and were upfront and honest if a stage was not on schedule. Although at times the build ran behind schedule CLH provided transparency on the situation.Based on our experience I would certainly contract CLH to build another home.

My husband and I decided to build our dream home and never hesitated at giving Country Living Homes an opportunity to quote. We moved our family from Victoria back to my husband’s home town and we’re involved in every aspect of the build. Our experience was positive and our home is beyond what we expected from signing with Mark to selections with Julia.Julia was incredible and even met us in Adelaide to guide us with the choosing of our kitchen and all of the cabinetry to tiling and sanitary ware.Our building supervisor (Jared) worked tirelessly to ensure we got the build that we envisaged.Our build is now our family home and I cannot thank the team at Country Living Homes enough.Ty, Sharon, Bailey and Jordan Nicholas

You would have thought Building during the COVID 19 pandemic would be fraught with delays and problems.... but not this one. Country Living Homes have built a fantastic home on time and on budget. The planning process was effortless and Julia helping to choose the details. Then in under three months they pulled together a great team led by Building Supervisor Neil and delivered a quality home. I wasn’t all smooth sailing with a few problems but they were quickly fixed. What more can I say a...great build.

1 star is still an over rate. Like others said in reviews, great service until contract is signed, then they hit you with extra costs. They hand you over a house and when you request your Certificate of Occupancy on handover day, they suggest you don't even need it. Then they email you 3 days later saying they had just applied for it and you can't occupy until received. That was moving day. Nothing but stress and lies from them for months. It took many months to get that certificate issued and repairs done. They even lie on their adds, saying the particular design I built was one of their most popular designs. Turned out mine was their first build. They took all the joy from my home build experience.

Our experience with CLH was great. They worked with us to come up with a design which had everything we wanted in our holiday home and within our budget. We recently handed over and have been impressed with the finishes and overall quality. The team were fantastic. They were always easy to deal with and were happy to answer my many questions! We would highly recommend Country Living Homes.

Thank you to the team at Country Living Homes for building our house in Edithburgh SA. Building during COVID and the worst economic times we have had in this country for decades was a challenge for all. Having said that, we ended up with a great looking home and a quality build. Will tell you anything they need to to get you to sign the dotted line. Afterwards you can barely get any assistance, calls ignored or not returned. Build time blow outs with no explanation. 100% regret going with this company and will choose another for the 2nd build.

Country Living Homes built us a beautiful home. Our Supervisor Neil was outstanding.
