Scott the store manager is so rude and not a honest person he personally said he does not care about customers only staff and because he’s staff are under a lot of pressure that’s fine for them to take there problems to work and lash out on customers 1/10 rating worst Woolworths in nsw needs new management

Its a shame they lost their bookshop...what would really help this shopping center is more businesses to open..I think it has great potential to expand...maybe a Big W..or something similar ..I think its a shame bunning is so far away...Also access from the center maybe helped by the foot path being extended along the bypass being extended to the botanical gardens..and also to Bunnings would be helpful..just a few thoughts

Service has gone down. Direct to boot was handy but things get forgotten, or are out of stock.Forget going there before 730am if you do a decent sized shop,as the tills are not open and you are forced to use the self service tills.

This is a really good supermarket. Clean, well run, well stocked. Parking is pretty good (not controlled by the supermarket, but still..). Staff are helpful and it is easy to get your stuff and get away again. There is also a pharmacy, a bottlo, a bakery and a newsagent. Plus takeaways. Not amazing, but really pretty good.

Like most businesses in Orange, the staff here are extremely helpful. Big negative: closing the butcher. The meat at the butcher here was so good.

YOU DON’T GET WHAT THEY ADVERTISE!!!I went to them today to buy a telstra sim card for someone who is an old lady. As soon as I reached the kiosk, I saw an 1/2 price sticker on the telstra $30 sim pack! I was excited to discuss about the offer with the person I was getting it for! I did told her that they are having such offer and she was very very happy. I even asked the staff who was in the kiosk about the ongoing offer and she assisted me to grab a new pack from aisle which I did.After scanning the barcode, it was still $30 with no discount at all. Later, the other staff tried to help me but she couldn’t.After thoroughly checking the ticket, staff realised that the ticket was wrongly labeled.I understand the case but the old woman was excited in the first place and when I explained about the situation she was very upset. It made me feel like I was lying and trying to give her fake trust. I’ve attached picture for everyone’s reference what I mean.

I like to shop there it's easy parking wide open spaces in shop helpful shop assistants I'm in an elect chair and I appreciate the conveniences available even if it's further from my home than other shops
