Matt has such a passion for fitness and health, and is always inspiring his clients to become their best selves. Since training with Matt over the last two years, my fitness journey has evolved significantly and has changed my mindset towards nutrition and fitness. I don’t feel like it is a chore anymore. I look forward to my sessions with Matt, not only because of his infectious positive energy but because of his commitment to his clients (even outside of his sessions) and because he is always available for any questions or updates! And always with a kind word to say. I recommend Matt to everyone as it always feels like catching up with a friend.

I started training with Matt a year ago wanting to lose some weigh after he was recommended to me by a work colleague.Since then I have transitions from training one on one with him to now having the confidence to train on my own in the gym using his online program.In the past year I have not only have I lost more weight then I ever imagine I could but have transformed my whole life into more healthier sustainable outlook on health and fitness to the point it’s become a passion not a chore.Not only lost a total of 19kg since I started with Matt but feel the strongest and healthiest I have ever felt.Matt was also super accomodating to my difficult work schedule but was also there after hours to help along the way with other challenges to do with nutrition and confidence.

BEST. TRAINER. EVER!I have been training with Matt for a while now and he is honestly the most amazing trainer and person I have ever met!I love that Matt really focuses on all aspects of what I want to achieve (whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, discipline, routine, diet, life style) and manages to incorporate it in each session.I told Matt that I wanted to gain muscle in my glutes and with consistent training they INCREASED BY 7CM! My diet, routine, sleep, mood and lifestyle dramatically improved.I have a lot of trust in Matt, he never gives up on you even when you want to give up on yourself - which can be slightly annoying at times but it works and he gets me back on track!My next goals with Matt is to;- Start going to the gym on my own- Increase glute measurements and decrease waist measurements- SLOW DOWN and create a lifestyle that is less stressfulMatt is an amazing support person and has shared so much knowledge with me. I highly recommend seeing Matt if you’re wanting support in changing your lifestyle or wanting to achieve physical training goals! He will definitely help you get there!!

I started training with Matt from buying a package he had donated to a fund-raiser. From day 1 he listened to what I wanted from strength training & catered to my requirements & availabilities. I have seen vast improvements in just 4 weeks & will happily continue to train with Matt. This may sound dramatic, but Matt and You4ia Health have changed my life! After my first conversation with Matt I knew that our values aligned, and that this wasn’t going to be another one of my short lived attempts at living a healthier lifestyle. Matt focuses on creating better habits in the long term and has provided me with every possible tool to do so, from nutrition to exercise to shifting my mentality and everything in between. This is the first time (after A LOT of attempts) I have stuck to anything health related for so long, and actually see myself continuing on with in the future. Matt knows exactly how to challenge you in the best way possible and that is evident in the huge progress I have seen in both my workouts and day to day life, where I feel less fatigued, able to do more whilst struggling less, and have so much more confidence in doing things I wouldn’t have previously done. My biggest challenge during this journey has been my motivation and mindset and Matt is constantly working on those struggles with me, helping me towards my many goals and to achieve consistency. Nothing is ever too much of an ask at You4ia Health and I’ve never once felt like I am on this journey alone which I love! Like I said, it’s not just about the exercise side of things, and that is what sets Matt and You4ia health apart from the rest! Unlike other programs that I have tried in the past which focus on a quick fix approach, You4ia health really is your only fix!

I started training with Matt 6 months ago with the goal of keeping myself accountable for my fitness, to establish a constant training routine and stay diligent about an active lifestyle.From the get go, Matt really dug deep to learn about my goals and took the time to understand prior injuries to ensure that his training schedule was suitable. His attention to detail through movement and his passion in the health and wellbeing space is something I’ve never come across before and I can honestly say, I’ve never felt more comfortable training with someone.He celebrates every win and never stops encouraging you to triumph your next goal. I couldn’t recommend Matt more!Matt, keep doing what you’re doing - you’re really out there strengthening and changing peoples lives for the better.

I decided to get in touch with Matt after some failed attempts at getting started at the gym. I came to Matt with the hope to put on weight and become overall physically stronger. Matt has been there every step of the way, creating programs, providing encouragement and making nutritional suggestions. The holistic approach Matt has taken with his coaching has allowed me to see rapid results in such a short period of time and certainly made me feel as though I am in control of my own training with his guidance and feedback along the way. The biggest challenge I had when starting this program was having the consistency to back up every day and get the work done. Matt has been able to make this so much easier over the course of working with him, to the point now where I have a daily routine that is easy to stick to thanks to Matt. I’m looking forward to continuing to working with Matt to hit more strength and nutritional goals that are made extremely achievable with his coaching and advice.

Matt is super personable, inclusive and encouraging. He has this fun coaching app that helps you keep track of the all the things and whatever your goal is he can translate into trackable gains. We talk about every topic under the sun and he’s very knowledgeable about how the body works.

I started training with Matt at the beginning of this year because I needed/wanted to learn to how to be consistent with training and nutrition as I have never committed fully. Matt has been such an important factor in my training progress as he is supportive and encouraging always and also focuses on mental health which is super important. Working with Matt the last 6-7 months has also allowed me to gain confidence to start back at a gym and i now train 3-4 times a week as well as a weekly PT session and i find my self making better food choices (even if i fall off balance sometimes) which has helped show amazing results physically, mentally and emotionally.Love working with Matt and very excited to continue growing and improving!!
