Joe at Hoppers Store on Sunday gave us one of the most helpful and supportive customer service experiences I have had. Took sons VE ute (battery in tricky position) Joe was thorough with his explanation of what was needed and replaced and fixed in no time with a no problems at all attitude. I went into the store at Hoppers Crossing and spoke with Andrew. Unfortunately he couldn't supply the battery I needed but put me in touch with a company that stocked my battery. He then went on to give me some good advice on replacing my lead acid deep cell batteries with lithium batteries and some of the traps to be aware of. I'll be going to see Andrew when I change over to Lithium in the near future.

i have bought a battery previously and been happy. last week we bought a new van and were told by a prepurchase inspector that the battery needs replacement. so we went to Battery world hoppers and spoke to Andrew. he spent a fair amount of time testing the battery as the battery is located in a difficult to reach place of the van. he was very honest and advised us the battery is good and no need to replace. Andrew was very honest and gave us some good tips. he didnt want to charge me for his time. although we left without buying anything we will continue to support this local business by referring friends to battery world hoppers crossing. thanks Andrew we need need genuine people like you . i would highly recommend any one looking for a battery to contact Andrew at hoppers crossing battery world.

It is a terrible exprience !!! I won't recommand anyone to change battery in this store.On 02/02/2023, I changed a battery for my car. After changing the battery, my car came with a system error Secure vehicle with parking barke when stationary". There is no fault in hardware. I called them to book a further check. They investigate this error. Unfortunately
