I came to the store and shopped on 06/03/2022There was a promo running to scan and winThe lady in front of me did the scan and she also wonShe was given the option to choose her win whereas i was told by the guy at the counter that you need to spend $60 and then we will thinkThe lady in front shopped the same $5 product whereas I spend moreThis discrimination is really bad and highly disrespectful.I have attached the screenshot as well

Being a local from old school with big hands. the staff were very helpful , patient and supportive , in finding and replacing an essential part that had a lot of plastic fittings , tucked away in a maze of new car technology. I will be highly recommending all my friends go the the Repco , my one stop shop.

I've had nothing but good experience with Repco in Palmerston NT (beside Bunnings). If what I wanted wasn't in stock was ordered in. On another, I was recently in Alice Springs and had electrical \ fuel problem and I was put in contact with Repco who sent around a mechanic, job well done.Going to chase up to see if I can become a member.THumbs up

Contacted Palmerston store on Sunday regarding a battery that appeared to have failed and enquired if the vehicle had change owners would the warranty still be valid. The lass advised if the we had the receipt it would be valid. Went into Repco and spoke with Rob, checked it out and confirmed it had failed and warranty was valid. Went and had a coffee, Rob called when all sorted. The customer service was great and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.
