Customer support via email is quick.I have ordered 3 items with FED. 2 orders had issues.1. They sent the wrong item. I organised a replacement where by the replacement 'missed' dispatch, and wasn't shipped until I prompted them a week later.2. The deep fryer I ordered came with a gas leak. It took 4 days before the service contractor was able to come to repair the leak. Upon first use, we found that there were other issues (faulty thermostat or high limit switch) and were unable to use it for one of our most busiest nights. Parts are currently being ordered to repair the BRAND NEW deep fryer.Needless to say, if you require items that are time critical, make sure you order them early in case there are issues.

Ordered items 4 weeks ago because I was told I would receive it in 3 days, if I had of known I’d be waiting 4 weeks for my order I would not have bothered as I needed it for an event that has now passed! Still haven’t heard from them and now not available. Will not be ordering from them again

5 Stars for the Order team in NSW but 0 star to Sales team in SA!! SA office , I am truly disappointed with your irresponsible account manager who is so hard to get hold to and hardly or never pick up or return calls. We ordered a glass washer which was supposed to arrive 5 days after they received the payment, which was last Friday and obviously we didn't. On the following Monday I tried to call both him and the national manager which both did not answer or return my calls. I had no choice but to call the NSW office and it was utterly shocking to find out that our glass washer was still at the warehouse in VIC waiting for SA to release the instruction for delivery!! I know everyone make mistakes and is forgivable if SA office own up to it and fix it, I shouldn't have to go through this as a customer. I doubt it very much if I would want to recommend anyone to buy their catering equipment from them, very sad! However, a huge thank you to the NSW & VIC teams to fix up the mess SA team made! Well done x

very bad service, rude answer, they apply delivery charge from their NSW to their shop in Adelaide, if any items not available then that's not our problems, if we ask them to deliver from their Adelaide shop to our place then delivery charge should apply, why they asking delivery charge for their NSW to their SA shops ? when I asked to them, they reply me rudely said me @ might that is our company policy,, lab lab...event dont speak nicely.both sales man are very rude, they dont know how to talk nicely, very third class service , and just try to making money as much possible from customer. never recommend to buy any things.

I was recommended to visit the showroom to look at Under-counter fridges & found the staff very helpful! They had exactly what I needed. Definitely go back there again to purchase.

Purchased a cake fridge that has now gone through 2 compressors in less than 2 years....Poor design where sugar gets in where excess water evaporates and corrodes pipe letting moisture into compressor.WHY SELL IT AS A CAKE FRIDGE IF IT CANT HANDLE THE SUGAR !!!Service department did not answer my 4 phone calls made on a Saturday morning!!!24/7 Service I think not...3 year warranty was not honored...I texted the state manager 3 time and now 5 days later could not even be bothered answering.....Hows that for service.....
