Horrible experience I walked out . Tried to redirect my mail due to domestic violence - it’s supposed to be 12mth free redirection. They argued with me it doesn’t exist. I went on to show them the aus post website, then they read my court documents and only needed to sight it. They continued to argue with me and stood there. So I took my documents and left!

Absolutely disgusting service! We literally had to show birth certificate & medicare card to receive our Parcel for our son! Our license wasn't enough because one address was different. They make it soooo hard just to pick up your parcel!! WORST POST OFFICE EVER.

Having a few parcels delivered to the business over every week we generally have staff on-site to accept deliveries , but on an odd occasion when we don’t, we have to go to the local post office to collect.My staff member spent one and a half hours trying to get a parcel from these guys. I was on the phone trying to organise authorisation letter with letterhead and my signature , with the parcel number on it !!! As they wouldn’t accept anything else including my email authorising him, asic registration paper for the business or anything less than what they asked for.After leaving premises at 5 pm with no luck, I have gone to the office to write him a letter with whatever was asked, and at 5:05 , despite them being inside thy wouldn’t open the door or answer the phone.Complete waste of our time for a set of printer cartridges ….As the post office should not exist. Council should look into this…

This place is filthy and disgusting it smells there’s old toys and dvd cases, there also very discriminative and slow. This place needs to be shut down immediately. My sister was refused service to get her parcel because of her identity. You need to show every single ID passport, licence, Medicare card, pension card etc. Just to get your parcel it’s ridiculous. Already reported them to Australia Post.

Terrible service again from the Asian woman- just like every time! She never says hello or anything and has bad manners and NO customer service skills whatsoever. She doesn't know how to do her job properly and is VERY slow to do anything. Her husband is friendly but is very slow also. Been going here on and off for over 10 years and nothing has improved. I only go there now if I have to pick up a parcel, otherwise I wouldn't bother..

I own my own business. Sometimes I just need to drop off an express post envelope but there is no drop off service. So I have to wait in a long line just to do something that takes literally 2 seconds. My observation has been that the staff are very slow in processing things. Sometimes they have their young kids helping them. I know they are doing their best. It would be great if they offered a quick drop off service for express post envelopes so I didn't have to wait in line. Simple solutions to help people who don't need to process anything over the counter.P.S - it would really help if people paid their bills online. That would free up the service a lot.

I wish I could give this store a NEGATIVE 100WORST Post office I've ever been toI have made a formal complaint to AusPost. I hope they do something about it.. because the old couple that works here really cant do their jobs right. You can see it from all the reviews and even if you personally ask any one that has to visit their store.Seriously no one wants to go there. Customers are only their to pick up their parcels when they can and I only go their if I urgently need something delivered and isn't able to go elsewhere.

The worst post office I have been to . It my local post office and I hate it. The service is by far the most slowest, staff speak to each other in there own language and it always stinks.I actually travel that extra mile to go to my old post office in berela . There the best.

These reviews are shocking and not once do they mention the asian ethnicity of these lovely postal staff. Yes it is different than a normal post office, smaller and the workers are a small family trying to make a living. I truly believe people think they can come in and abuse these people just because english isnt there first language. I frequent this post office three times a week with my business account and they are the quickest nicest and most honest postal staff ive worked with over my small business career of 6 years. Yes the PO is small and lacks air con plus if you see me in there you will be waiting for a while as there is only 2 tills but that is no excuse for these hateful comments. Simply go elsewhere

The WORST people to deal with!! They turn everything into an issue. No basic greetings no smile just give u the dead stare and speak so low behind the glass screen and when you can’t hear them it’s my issue.. disgusting never coming here again even though it’s my local po
