As someone who hasn’t had laser for a while, the thought of returning was a bit daunting. However, after this morning I’m glad I met Sophie and restarted treatments. Very professional, prompt and patient! Clearly loves what she does and very good at it! 10/10 from me ☺️

Shout out to Sophie who is so kind, cool and respectful. She do things well with you, discuss the treatment , the expectations and progress. I so love the vibe with all the staff in TCC Napier. TCC Napier were all amazingly beautiful with a heart.
