EDIT: I have just discovered that Titanium rings CANNOT be resized. I don't know what they were doing with my ring whenever I took it in to get resized, but I am now very angry and disappointed for deceptive practices. DO NOT buy anything from this store. Lying to your customers is POOR business. Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I HIGHLY ADVISE people to stay away if you don't want to be scammedThey have some nice jewellery, but I’m very disappointed with how they have handled my wedding ring when I had to buy a new one. Got a custom size to fit me, but when I got it, I realised only an hour later that it was too tight on my finger. I took the ring back multiple times to get it resized and they’ve done everything they can to stop me from resizing it, telling me that I just need to wear it every day to get used to it and to not fiddle with it (none of those tips actually work). My ring is now hard to get on and if my hands are a tiny bit sweaty/sticky, the ring is super hard to get off without hurting and without using water. I’m now very reluctant to go back and get my ring fixed or have my money refunded. Not buying jewellery again from here after how I’ve been treated

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Blizzards so it seemed like the natural choice to get our wedding bands from there too. We saw Lyn for the initial try on for size and ordered our bands. Unfortunately, my husband’s ring was mistakenly ordered in the incorrect size and arrived too small. After being informed that a resize was not an option, a replacement was ordered in the correct size. Throughout the hiccups, the staff at Blizzard’s were friendly, calm, and solved the problem promptly, which is a true reflection of their expert customer service. Would highly recommend.
