If I could give minus stars I would. They not only had my parcel on their Wauchope warehouse for about 2 weeks when I eventually went to pick it up myself they leant it against the doorway and walked off leaving me to carry it to the car myself. While it was big, it wasn't heavy, however, given they were paid to deliver it to my door the least theg could have done was carry it to the car for me.
