Great Ocean Road Real Estate
Distusted in thier approach to fix their mistakes. Was overcharged $279 and was told the money would be refunded. 4 weeks and still nothing. I call the office and im treated as if i made the mistake and im an inconvenience to their time. They then had the ordasity to call my partner telling me not to call back as i had abused them? Never once spoke with disrespect of raised my voice during the calls and was promised calls back on nemerous occasions with nothing returned. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service. Stay away from this buisness.

I have contacted this agent for a property that we wanted to inspect to buy at Park Avenue Apollo Bay in May 2021 left voicemail and text, never heard back, then called and text again in June 2021 (over a month later) for the same property, never heard back.Feel sorry for the vendor, with this approach this property will never sale. We just gave up on this property now. Will never contact them again as I know they don't get back to potential buyers.

We rented an Airbnb through this realestate and it was spectacular. The kitchen was really well equipped and the beds were extra comfortable. The house had clearly been looked after well and the setup was great with plenty of room to relax. I’d definitely use their services again.

Don't waste your time contacting Great Ocean Road Real Estate, i have a couple of property's in the area that i want to sell.I contacted these guys and have not been contacted whats so ever, there is no excuse for not even calling/emailing.These property's are coded entry so no Covid contact to at least get them advertised.How would they sell your property even if they wont even return your attempts to advertise. Gone with another agent.Lazy.

If i could give this agency 0 stars i would. Booked in and paid for my accomodation and they call last minute and say its no longer available due to insurance. I asked for alternatives and they offer me more expensive options and say because im booking last minute its going to cost me more now. As if to suggest its my fault. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN.

Great Ocean Road Real Estate
We rented a property through Great ocean road real estate and it was an absolute diagrace! The house hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival leaving us to vacuum ourselves! Not to mention the house was an absolute dive! When we alerted the real estate of all the issues we had on departure we were told that they wouldn’t be refunding any of our money and that we should have contacted them while we were there so they could arrange trades to fix the problems. Not the first thing that came to mind with 3 toddlers and definately not how I want to spend my 2 nights away from home! Would not recommend this company to anyone!
