We highly recommend this group of people to take charge of your battery replacement. We got a flat car battery when we’re at Glen Waverly yesterday. We’re not local in the area, but they’ve provided us with great service. They’re quick and won’t really hesitate to extend help in any way. Special thanks to Stuart for being patient in delivering the service ( delivery and installation of a new car battery).

My son bought a car battery here which went very flat due to lack of use. Too flat to use a trickle charger at home. Spoke to John who kindly arranged to recharge the battery at the shop using a more powerful charger. Also bought a battery isolator which will help prevent this from happening again. Great assistance and advice John. Recommended.

Wonderful customer service from Stuart from Ashburton store. Went above and beyond with his help when my car didn’t start. Even lent out a battery starter in case I got into trouble on way home. Couldn’t recommend Battery World Ashburton more highly!!!! Thanks Stu!!

Fantastic service, exemplary and timely helpfulness. Better than RACV service offered.Think RACV must have bought National towing as flat battery outside your home on road now means they will send a tow truck to take your car to nearest battery shop! So much for their current service delivery.

Staff were very helpful in selecting a replacent for an auxilliary battery for my Isuzu. Very space limited in the engine compartment. They took the time to review my requirements looking in the engine bay and offered a reasonable cost solution.
