U can find variety Asian food.

There were three ladies at checkout but only one of them was willing to serve despite a line of customers. When it was my turn, the staff said that one of the product was a new item in the shop and asked me we don't have price for it can you buy next time". I have never been told by any shop that i shouldn't buy something because they don't have a price for it. It was the shop's problem not mine. If this product hasn't been added into your system then why put it on the shelves?! There was no apology whatsoever for the imconvenience cause and the most ridiculous thing is that none of the other two staff who clearly weren't busy offered to check the price for me. Very disgusting customer service and i will try to avoid shopping at this place in the future!"

Good variety of Asian food with an in house butcher section. Clean and friendly staff.

Unfortunately had and humiliating experience here. I’m normally a regular here but not after today. I went to purchase beef from the butcher and when I got into the car something smelled off. So I checked one of the beef cuts and as soon as I opened the bag the smell was awful the meat was green and rancid.Went back to get a refund and tried to explain to the staff why I was returning all the meat and they were in complete denial. Didn’t let me talk, kept cutting me off and tried to make it look I was being a difficult customer. Kept telling me that it was suppose to smell and look this way etc.. I honestly feel like the reason they kept talking over me was because they didn’t want the other customers knowing they just sold me rancid meat. In no way was I trying to accuse the staff? I just wanted to give a heads up that the meat they’re selling is not edible and they need to do something about it. I’ve had good experience with the staff in the past but it seems when you have something to say it all goes South, their attitude was rude and disrespectful.Because of the way this was handled unfortunately I will no longer be coming back to this local asian grocery and I highly wouldn’t recommend it either. Instead I will start taking my business to the local butcher inside Sanctuary Lakes. I’ve spoken to them and compared the same cut of meat and surprise surprise, the meat isn’t suppose to smell or look green. This is a serious problem they will literally get someone killed here. Wish I took a photo of the meat for proof. Don’t buy your meat here!

Prices are very reasonable and affordable. I hope they keep the prices low as of now so that we will keep going back!! The ladies at the counter are super friendly too. We just moved into the area and had checked out most of asian supermarkets around, so far we like this the best!

Watch out, check your receipts. Price scanned is more than price tag on shelves. This was pointed out they wouldn't give you your refund difference but also make you wait until the fix the price on shelve to match their register.

First time to come here. They have a lot of asian food selection.

Such an exciting and excellent range of goods. I got so many vegan friendly products here and stocked up on some nice mock meat.Aisles and aisles worth of random goodies. Lots of different types of everything from numerous countries

Decent selection of Asian goods, especially in the Point Cook area. Price is a little higher than Sunshine/Footscray but this is expected given its location.

Went in here to have a look around whilst waiting for dinner. Wide range of Asian food, with some having names written in English on it too. Reasonably clean and tidy. Butcher section in there too but wasn't open when I was there. Friendly enough staff. Overall, a reasonable store.
