Not sure how to rate this place... Are they a franchise? The staff were good...House flooded and insurance replaced the floors. Went and picked out flooring here, but pretty sure the contractors came from another store. Let's just say the floating floorboard part of the job was so sub standard that it got ripped up and done by someone else. The carpet was fine.

We have nothing but praise for this team. From the moment we walked into their showroom we felt listened to and never rushed. With a young family we were looking for flooring that would withstand babies, toddlers, toys, spills etc and we got great advice from John. They staff who laid the carpet & floating floors were wonderful also. We can't thank you enough for helping us breathe life into our home. Even when our kitchen guy stuffed up you helped out. Thank you!
