Went to H&R block today, service was decent but the end result was poor, the tax agent didn't seem confident at all.Update: The business manager made a call to me to clarify my experience and gave me peace of mind. Therefore changing my review to a more positive experienceUpdate to update:There was an issue with the banking details so my option of payment out of my refund was not honoured, causing myself to take time out of work to sort this out. The person I spoke to was a bit abrupt and rude also
