Fantastic Furniture
bought a bed frame on 15 Dec and even showed them the picture of what we wanted that was on the website. When we unpacked the product it was a wrong size! Now we have to take this all the way back there to exchange! AND THEY ARE HEAVY! an absolute inconvenience! the staff's name was Gunpreet, very poorly managed!

Fantastic Furniture
Did in store order and got the wrong product delivered but after pointing out this mistake they fixed it up and were really nice about it. The lower end cupboards are not the longest lasting but worth what you spend. Mid range is by far much better and last ages. Will keep going back for sure.

Fantastic Furniture
I purchased an item online. The website showed that the item was in stock and I received the confirmation emails after purchasing. The next day I received a voice message giving me instructions on how to collect my item. When I arrived at the store to collect, they apparently did not have that in stock! Now, they were nice and offered to deliver it for free. I was expecting it today, no calls, nothing. Item did not arrive. Disappointing.

Fantastic Furniture
I went in during the day and bought 2 black filing cabinets as the lady at the counter said there were 2 in stock out the back but upon pick up, there was a mistake and only 1 left in black and the other in white. Staff were very apologetic and offered me a couple of solutions, I chose to be refunded for the second nonexistent black cabinet and the issue was resolved quickly.It was a bit of a let down, but mistakes happen and the issue was fixed to the best of everyone's abilities. Received great service and would happily shop there again. I would be mindful of stock availability though.

Fantastic Furniture
I really appreciate the efforts of Shelley, who held a 5 piece dining setting for me. I simply called the Store, explained the difficulties I was experiencing at another Fantastic Furniture store.This lady was friendly and very helpful. When I arrived at the store I was greeted with a welcoming smile by both of the staff. Very quickly, I purchased my dining setting and 2 streets away, I picked it up.There is a large range of bedroom furniture, a variety of lounge suites, artwork, rugs, buffets and many more items.I'm very impressed by the customer service at this store and highly recommend you visit.

Fantastic Furniture
We came here to pick up our new lounge suite and dealt with Sam who was absolutely amazing - helpful not only to me but the person who rang up before I got to the counter and also helping out a couple of ladies behind the counter.Side note, it would be great if the front carpark had a second driveway as it was a little tricky to maneuver with our trailer and other cars around but that's okay, we know for next time!

Good furniture if you are looking for cheaper price range furniture and looking to furnish your house on a budget. Click and collect time is great usually within the hour depending on the items. However the website needs work as some product advertisements don't state certain parts of products are not included

Fantastic Furniture
Bad customer service specially the lady with the accent, she was rude and negative in her way of talking with customersu. We asked her if we are able to get a discount if we have ordered sofas + mattress + dining table + coffee table . Straight away replied NO, and she feels like she doesn't have the time to help us. Poor customer service I will never buy from them, and AMart cheaper than them.

Fantastic Furniture
Some of the flat pack furniture were good for the price. In this particular store, you will surely be annoyed by one of the lady staff members, who was not polite or respectful at all to the customers- had a 'take it or leave it' attitude.
