Great people here at helloworld Burpengary! Excellent customer service, knowledge and follow up. Made our holiday experience the best it could be. Will be coming back to organise our next trip soon. Takes the stress out of planning and organising a holiday. Would never bother doing it on my own again after been looked after here at helloworld Burpengary.

I’m fairly late with this review because i keep forgetting to do it.I was dealing with HWT in Burpengary during the lockdown times before mid year in Queensland.The biggest annoyance in the whole thing was that which Tim had to tolerate with me coming in and asking numerous different questions which were being relayed from the traveler as time zones didn’t allow for direct contact. While I could understand his frustration at times, he kept his cool and continued to provide excellent service.I’d definitely recommend them and will travel with them again (although while providing less grief for them to deal with).

Went into Helloworld Burpengary, the gentleman we spoke to was the most condescending person I’ve spoken to in some time. Common response to my questions “the computer wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t possible “Never heard of being charged for a quote from a travel agent beforeWon’t be back and definitely don’t recommend
