Jessie did a wicked job! She was so lovely, calm and gentle, listened to me but gave me guidance from first consultation. I felt i could fully trust her to get a result that would work for me. I really loved how honest Jessie was about what I wanted verses what could actually be achieved and what she gave me was exactly how she'd explained. Gutted I don't live in Melbourne let alone Australia to be able to come back to Chumba and see Jessie. Thank you so much!

I have been a client of Belinda’s at Chumba for over 17 years, NO ONE else touches my hair. Belinda understands my hair and can cut it into submission like no one else. Her coloring expertise is acknowledged as the absolute premium within Australia and the colour she has given me today is simply stunning. I always leave feeling like a new woman having had a wonderful salon experience. Could not recommend more highly the entire team. Get on this.

I had an amazing time with Jessie! She was so attentive and took time to discuss and understand what I wanted. She also gave professional suggestions and it was evident that she loves her job. Every brush stroke was done with care and love. A gentle head massage at the end was a cherry on top:) I couldn’t be happier when I walked out of the salon! I still can’t stop glancing in the mirror every now and then and smiling:) My husband also keeps telling me how pretty I look with new hairstyle, that’s a bonus :D Will definitely be returning here. Thanks again Jessie!:)

Very knowledgeable staff, they know what they are doing.Everyone is so nice and polite and that makes you feel at ease as soon as you step in!I get my hair done with Tiarne (and Parker assists her) and they are amazing. After years of finding the right place for my hair needs in Melbourne, I have finally found the one!Highly recommend❤️

I had Elsa cut my hair- she was so patient and gentle!!! very flexible too with what style i wanted. She took lots of care and time to make sure it was what i wanted. She also helped me with tips for styling myself which i indicated i wanted help with. a very relaxing environment with friendly staff :) overall a great experience thank you!!!!

A biiiig thank you to Chrystal for the incredible job she did on my hair. Basically a full colour correction and she gave it 100%. She spent so much time with me in consult to find out exactly what I was after and she was able to transform my hair in one session (lord knows how). I feel so confident with my new hair and I'll absolutely be going back to see her.Also thank you to Jessie who encouraged me to get shaping round my face during my haircut. I'm so happy with the result.Thank you ladies <3
