Highly recommended. Gordon is an exceptional tradesman. I particularly like that they know how to recondition/clean/maintain old but very-well-made gas units (water heaters, stoves, etc), rather than assume everything old needs to be replaced.

I have a 30 yr old ducted heating system. My pilot light wouldn't stay on when I turned the heater on in the house. I had Jim's Air-conditioning come out to fix it. After they spent all of 10 minutes assessing my heater unit I was told that the parts on my system are no longer available. I still had to pay the $130 call out fee. I then got the option of spending $5,900 for a brand new system through them. I thought I would try a second opinion. Called Total Gas Care. They came out within a week (no call out fee) and replaced the faulty pilot light part all for a very minimal cost. Cannot thank you guys enough

We’ve got a 40+ years old Vulcan gas heater that wasn’t working. We tried several repairers but none could fix it and was more interested in selling than fixing it. Luckily my sister found TOTAL GAS CARE SERVICES and what a life saver they were! This company is courteous, great communications, on time, and did a fantastic job! Thank you Gordon!

Serviced my mother's 45 year old Pyrox gas space heater. Thoroughly checked and cleaned unit, and replaced mal-functioning fan. My mother was so pleased. Saved her thousands as she thought the heater was beyond repair and she'd have to invest in a new one. Good for another 45 years! Thanks Gordon.

Gordon and the team at Total Gas Care Services are fantastic. We have used them on several occasions, and will keep doing so. They are always on time and able to explain what the problem is, and fix it, or refer on if it is a council issue, such as gas lines. They are all professional and polite, a delight to deal with.

We had an issue with heating. Same day service whereas another company had a two week wait. They recommended Total Gas Care. Gordon serviced and changed a component on our Brivis heater. Very thorough and professional, with a reasonably price at the end. We were pretty happy to have warmth back in the house so quickly.
