Worst manicure ever! Untidy, nails chipping after one day! They kept on adding acetone into their nailpolish which was obviously old and too thick!

Just had my nails done (SNS). I had the best customer experience here. So friendly, professional and the staff took extra care to ensure there was social distancing and had good sanitation measures in place. I felt so comfortable. Thank you so much to the staff for a wonderful experience. Will be back!

I have been using this place 2x a month for 3 years now and my nails are always done properly and the girls always treated me well. Penny and others ladies, work very hard, and always have been very respectful towards customers even though when customer misbehaved.Unfortunately I can’t say the same for some customers, I saw very rude women treating theses girls very poorly. Which makes me embarrassed as a person. Also I saw customers complaining for very simple things and making a huge fuss of it, which I bet it wouldn’t happen if they were visiting some very expensive shop in a very expensive suburb and doing the same service. I believe that some people think that they are entitled to mistreated someone, only because they are paying. That is a pitiful thing.Anyway, Kindness isn’t weakness, it is strength and explain a lot about your virtues. Please be nice with theses girls!

Great service, convenient prices

Good pedicure, friendly service, foot massage could have been better in the pedicure and water much warmer. Overall though, fast efficient however quality of product ciuld be improved, my nails were off within the week and this was sns.

Absolutely amazing! my nails stay on for up to 2 months. I show them a reference picture and they absolutely nail it. I would 100% recommend. Love this place x

So disappointed as I have been using Le Bon Nails for some time and was satisfied until yesterday's experience, Not a pleasant experience at all.I got shellac (on 13/01/23) and after two days of having it, one of my nails (colour) chipped off, which I have never experienced before, went and asked to fix it (had to drive to the salon twice as they have been too busy in lunch time) Again, after two days, the tips of my 3 nails chipped off. I went to the salon again, asking for assistance. Penny assisted to fix it.After completion, Penny advised that I had to pay for the service. When asked why she did not inform me about payment prior to fixing their job, she become quite rude, saying that it is my nails' fault as my nails are not suitable, and too weak for Shellac, then she tried to convince me that my original visit was 2 weeks ago and that's why I have to pay again when I said I had payment record, Penny dismissed it and said: 'we have a camera here recording your visit.' (???)The short visit to fix my nails turned out to be a very unpleasant experience.In addition, the staff talked in their language and laughed. No professionalism whatsoever.Very disappointing that this place has changed.

Penny does the best SNS it lasts such a long time compared to other shops I have been to. The staff are always friendly, the place is clean and it’s well priced. They will always try to squeeze you in if it’s busy and don’t rush the job. I will continue you to come back :)
