Food was ok chips a bit under cooked, staff where friendly, but kids where shocked at the serving size the chicken strips where 1/4 to half the size of normal so looked in box and hardly anything was in there. Wasn't even busy.

Dad's very disappointed getting such dark burnt chicken that is dry and barely edible, considering he spent so much for this meal and was looking forward to it for days as our closet KFC has been closed this week for carpark renovations. He ordered 10 pieces of chicken and a three piece box, they were all this overcooked. Not a nice experience.

The manager of this store is absolutely horrible. She spoke to us with such disrespect when we were simply asking for a new bottle of drink because ours hadn’t been refrigerated and was hot. She argued with us and then slammed the window shut. She should not be a manager of a store and needs to learn how to be respectful and have some maturity.

Worst KFC in Victoria! Received half my order and what was received was late, cold, small and limp. KFC app is a farce! No customer service and resolution was minimal. This is a consumer affairs issue and should be addressed. Will be taking this further in the morning. Absolutely do not bother with ordering from this franchise. Do not recommend.

This establishment was a complete pig stye it looks like the employees don't even try and keep the place looking at least somewhat respectable. Don't even get me started on the customer service they were rude, arrogant and heard multiple curse words that were said in the kitchen that would make Jesus wish he wasn't resurrected. The food was below average, fillet was tougher then my girls flaps, burger buns were stale and almost on the brink of moldy almost reminded me of my grans pantry (she's been dead for 10 years and no one cleaned out the food) and the drinks were flatter then half the girls I know.All up 2/10

I never write reviews because why bother. However after going to this kfc for past month, words must be spoken. This joint has a wonderful atmosphere with very clean floors n tables, the staff here are excellent, always greet you with warm smile and respect. Very quick service and awesome hot food. Even at busy hours and the pressure is on they still maintain a good pace. Highly recommend pog

I was given an incomplete order. I simply asked to the staff about missing orders, she then slammed the window and went back to get the missing order. Came back with the orders and told me that “the burger itself isn’t on it, but i’ll just give it to you anyway.” (Handed it to me together with the other item missing). With such very disrespectful approach, tone of voice is very rude. Fyi: i paid my orders right.Given incomplete orders and was treated with disrespect! I think the staff needs to be retrained on how to provide good service with good manners.
