Had a service and tyre repair done. Paul was great, I've got a problem with my knee, he came to the car and actually helped me out. He also worked out I'd taken a gouge out of my tyre and managed to find a single replacement (no need to replace two tyres). Good old fashioned customer service! Will definitely be back.

Very poor customer experience. Booked my car in for a service. Was told it would cost $350 at time of booking. When dropping it off was told it would be $650. The person was unable to properly explain what extra would be done for the additional amount. Instead offered me a 10% discount. Halfway through the service was informed additional work needed to be done and it would cost $950. I asked to speak to a technician who could explain what and why. Was initially refused. When finally a technician spoke, he was very hostile and unhelpful. “We wouldn’t recommend the work unless it was necessary” was all I was told when I asked to please explain why this was necessary in a car with only 44,000 km run.
