Sent these guys a message on a Thursday evening about an issue with my sons car, way past normal closing time, (around 7pm) and they personally responded. I rang them the following day and they suggested stopping in with the car for them to look at. Got there at 2.30pm, on a Friday. They had a look at my concern, worked out what needed doing, ordered in the parts and had the car ready for pick up by 4.45pm. Seriously good service. We will be definitely back for all work in the future.

The team are always friendly and most importantly honest and fair priced.I’ve never had an issue with getting my car serviced with them and wouldn’t take it anywhere else.When they replace parts they will often show you the parts replaced so you can see the condition this is a really professional touch.

Superstars!!! Would not take my cars to anyone else but Shane and Jesse. They are knowledgeable, professional and always charge a great price. And so very helpful; my car broke down at IGA and Jesse came on his lunch break to help me out, my mum was buying a car and Shane looked over it (she doesn’t even live in DC). I have nearly converted my street into JStar customers, they are the best!!!

Jess and Shane were a pleasure to deal with. It was the first time I have used their services and I was so impressed by their thoroughness and transparency when recently servicing and checking over my car. I recently purchased a 2009 Suzuki second hand and she needed a new bearing and clutch replaced. They informed me on costings before going ahead and had it ready on time. I can't recommend JStar highly enough, what a great bunch of guys!It was my first service with them today and I'm blown away by their honesty, fair pricing and level of customer service.It was pouring rain, so Jess offered to come and pick me up from home instead of me walking there. (Thanks again Jess☺)The only thing I'm not happy about, is that I didn't take my car here sooner!
