We really had a very bad experience at TerryWhite Chemmart Delroy.They literally tried to put my 7 days old baby life on risk. The pharmacist gave us a wrong medication,On 23rd of October 2022 i went to the pharmacy with the script for omeprazole and they just gave me a MELATONIN instead of OMEPRAZOLE. And we just came to know that when we took our baby to Hospital on 31 of October 2022, one of the Nurse picked it up that we had a wrong medication from the pharmacy. It’s totally irresponsible job done by the pharmacist. If I wouldn’t have taken my baby to the hospital I would never know that they gave us the wrong medication.And my child is still on hospital he is still struggling.I am very disappointed with them because I’ve been giving the wrong medication for about a week to my baby and I would continue giving the same medication if I wouldn’t have been to the hospital.

On holiday fro. Sydney and ran out of my prescription med, without bringing script. Visited store and was served by Kial. What a professional, customer orientated young man. He took all my ID and filled my script for me. Thank you.
