Club Burleigh

My husband and I came into lunch yesterday, we were so pleased by the service we got by the young lady Sierra, she made sure we got everything and checked back on us, she introduced us to the specials that we ended up getting. The food was amazing and we will definitely be coming back here again soon.

Had a lovely time at CB. Staying at Swell Resort so real convenient for a drink, food and pokies. Best service, and nice area. Food wasn't too bad either. Recommend. Looking forward to more hospitality from CB before we return home.

Great food and prices. Even a games room for the kids!Actually I went there last night and was disappointed that the games room used to be full of free games for the kids to enjoy, now it is either not working or you need to pay for each turn, terrible downgrade compared to our last experience!

Average vibe.Beer glasses were not cold, left out on bench and it was very quiet in the pub.Not much of a vibe going on probably wouldnt return in a hurry.

Food - quality and price, staff - friendliness and helpfulness, atmosphere --- ALL AMAZING!Can not believe the price of the dinner we had and the speed and friendliness of service with the quality of food!The meals came out too quick (as if you'd complain, I didn't cause I was starving!) And we had to finish our game of pool whilst eating.Pool tables, pokies, arcade games, nice dining, great prices, great location and amazing staff.Travelling from Brisbane but will definitely come back!

Wasn’t busy tonight when myself and hubby with our two kids rocked in for dinner. Lovely space and felt it was family friendly. However, there was a mess up with our order as they had no pizza left (not a huge issue) and a refund was offered and I was asked to reorder. So I reorder our whole order and received a message through their online system that I had only received a refund for the pizza not my whole previous order. Ok so a little misunderstanding so I approached our server and he was lovely about it. The manager did fix it up after saying in front of me and the server that “they should of told you to only reorder the replacement meal”. I felt for the server who was clearly trying his best. Honestly it could of been my mistake. Anyway it was sorted but our meals took long to come out and we had a 1 year old and 6 year old getting restless. The food was not Great particularly for the price. The chicken was dry and our burgers were dry and a little burnt. Then we had to ask several times to get our drinks which didn’t get to the table until after we finished our meals. Again we understand their printer in the bar wasn’t working but it was unpleasant to down our drinks after dinner to get back on the road before our kids got restless again. Will say our server was trying to mend our issues and we appreciate his efforts but we won’t be back based mostly on the food quality.

Went there to take advantage of a deal we received in the mail - buy 1 pizza get a 2nd free, as we had never been there before.The only T&C's available on the flyer or the web page was - only valid for Feb 23.When we went use it is was refused and we were told it was only good for Mondays. We over heard several other customers told the same.This is FALSE & MISLEADING ADVERTISING which is illegal.Just before we we declined the promo we were thinking of joining!

Came in for dinner Had the Surf & Turf wasn't worth )$ 40.00 the Calamari was so Gross. Also if you are paying this you should not have to pay for vegetables. Over all the food is over priced and not worth it

Our family went to Club Burleigh for my sons Birthday on the 18/4/23.There was 11 of us and we were told there would be a 30 minute wait however most meals took over an hour to receive.Pizza base was not even cooked, Beef Burger and chips were cold, steak meant to be medium was rare, Bangers and mash was slightly cold and potato lumpy and cheese burger meal was bordering on cold. The meals had to be chased up and we certainly did not want replacements due to the length of time it took.Have dined at your establishment before but don’t think I would go back now due to the meals and the staff attitude in dealing with it.Greg Stronach
