Chelsea was very good with my 3 year old son. She made him feel calm and allowed him time to understand how to do the hearing test. I would highly recommend bloom for childrens hearing test. Lots of street parking and easy to find.

My 2.5yr old had to have a second opinion. Dr chelsea was absolutely amazing and so kind and fun while conduct the test on my son! Highly recommended to anyone wanting to have thier kids checked

My grandma is happy with her hearing aides but the sales assistant signed her up to a third party payment plan service that she didn’t fully understand and she definitely didn’t need, as a consequence the third party website has been taking fees out monthly that she didn’t need to pay. While I understand they are trying to help it’s poor practice to sell these financial products that are new and confusing to the elderly when they think they are just buying hearing aides.
