Very happy with the lift of canopy purchased from MRT however have had an appointment booked for 9:30am (drove from 3 hours away to have Ute here for this time) and told would take about 2 hours, returned 4 hours later to find the Ute moved inside but otherwise untouched. Being that I had a 3 hour return trip ahead I couldn’t afford to waste any more time on top of my lost day of labour and have taken parts to fit myself. Staff were all apologetic but feel like better logistics could be in place to prevent this from happening

I was initially happy with the end result even though it took 6 weeks longer for my canopy to be finished. I was very excited to have a brand new custom made canopy!! All was going well for 3 months and then the strip light glue wore off and all the lights fell down… no problem I glued them back on. Then a further couple of months later my struts start to slowly drop on the sides… I mean not even a year old and it’s costing me $250 for 6 new struts on 3 doors… my canopy wasn’t cheap, but the cheap one I had before this lasted longer :-( feeling a little disappointed ☹️

After much shopping around for a flat tray and canopy setup I finally found MRT. Sales team were great, products looked good and prices were a lot more reasonable they competitors out there. I ordered the whole setup and the car looks great. After sales were also incredible when I had further enquiries and a couple of adjustments to make. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flat trays, tray boxes or canopies. Thanks a lot

Thankyou to the team at MRT Perth. The build quality of my canopy is excellent, with value for money and the customer service was outstanding.Scott and his teams patience was tested fitting a roof top tent for me which took longer than expected, however Scotts skill and patience allowed me to drive away a very happy man. Thanks to Rachel, Kristy and Scott. I highly recommend MRT Perth for anyone interested in their products and good old fashioned service.
