Such lovely staff!! Will definitely be back here again

I went in looking to buy a gift for somebody knowing pretty well what colours/sizes/type of jewellery, so I went straight to one of the ladies and explained the specifics of what I wanted, after I finished explaining, she didn’t even offer to show me any jewellery and we kind of stood in silence so I just slowly walked away confused and started looking at all the jewellery myself (even though I wanted ‘professional’ advice) after looking around the shop and in the outside windows for about 15minutes, still no one had followed up with me to see if I needed assistance with a purchase and they ended up serving other customers. Worst customer service I’ve had from a jewellery store ever. Glad I didn’t make the purchase in the end though, never going back.

Friendly staff, excellent service and a great range of jewellery.

I cannot speak highly enough of the lovely staff and manager of this store who went way above and beyond any reasonable expectation in helping me to fix a problem with a sentimental piece of jewellery that I own.Without exception and on all of the occasions that I was there, they were pleasant, friendly, understanding and extremely helpful and professional.
