I picked this particular course as it suited me as I work full time during the day. This course was a evening course and was 2 nights a week.. Which was fine because I could organise appropriate time off from work. I was told there would be a time table so I could organise myself “no stress”.*The time table was changed so much I couldn’t keep up with them..They were so hard to contact via phone/email. I was having trouble getting time off in December for the manual handling,because December I couldn’t take holidays.(busiest time at work)*I was advised to cancel this course as they couldn’t help me reschedule.*They we’re going to let me know in advance when the course was restarting( they rung me a day beforehand)Avoid this course from this company if you are working.*I have been discriminated against.*the manager was going to contact me almost a month ago.*Don’t pay up front.*They have wasted my time money almost $1500.*They have left me stressed and all I wanted to do was give back to the community.If I could I would have given no stars.There is a lot more a could have written but I didn’t want to write a novel..Avoid this company!
