BUYER BEWARE!!! VW Alltrack leaksAll in all very sad experience with VW in general. If you have a VW alltrack please be aware that there have been many issues and even a class action in america with many year makes and yet they have still sold these cars in australia for many years. I was sold a VW Alltrack which turns out that its sunroof will leak if you park on an incline or a decline. It was back and fourth to VW hamilton where i was initially asked '' are you sure your partner didnt have the sunroof open while driving in the rain''? REALLY? as it turns out they had the car back in the repairs many times and the last time for 3mths to replace the entire sunroof, it then leaked again after that and took it back again. All the time VW stating they had no idea of the sunroofs having any issues. have a look at this sitevwalltrackpanoleak.com . All you have to do it a little research to understand this is a known issue and vw denied any knowledge the entire way through. so now i have to go the legal route as there is electronic issues, unknown water damage etc etc. all in all i can safely say i will NEVER purchase a car from VW again. VW settled a $69m class action on leaking sunroofs in america in 2014? seems to me there is a huge issue that has been known about and yet the cars are still sold in australia when they are not of merchantable quality. The dealer also sent me a video agreeing that when the car is on an incline and water is on the roof it will begin to leak into the car as the drains cannot handle the amount of water, well that is a brilliant designed car.

The person i dealt with took 8 working days off in 3 weeks, sold the car i offered to deposit $10k for to ensure it was held. Awful communication, no transparency, dragged out the process, and then harrassed me after completion of the purchase of another vehicle due to their own paperwork issues... the emails actually looked like a scam. Surprised Volkswagen lets this group represent them..... awful.

Really happy with my experience at Kloster Volkswagen with Shannon and the team.It was my first new car purchase for a decade but I had concerns from bad memories of car dealers who simply lie to you (“Fred Smith said he was running home to get a deposit and is coming back but if you sign now I will sell it to you” or “I am going to go out the back and see if the boss will budge”) or who try to lock you up in a room and other tricks.However it was nothing like that at all with Kloster. Shannon spoke about the range, let me try two cars and even take one home for the night, and at no time did I feel pressured or deceived or manipulated in any way. It was a good experience where Shannon simply gave me the facts and numbers and ultimately let the car speak for itself as I worked through a decision.I proceeded - largely because the car was awesome and I loved it, but also because I really felt a lot of integrity from Shannon and comfort and confidence about the whole experience. There was absolutely no hard sell and I was able to ask all the questions I liked, crunch all the numbers, and explore the vehicles fully. I felt it was the start of a positive long-term relationship with Kloster Volswagen for servicing and for future vehicles for my wife and children too.Now I just can’t wait to take it away and have a big long drive. Yippee!

Update: Upon Klosters offer to help although I did contact them before still I contacted them on 13.02.23 but no answer is given, complete ignorance. All for public perception, show off. By the way my trailer doesn't need anything, towbar comes with an adapter as proper service as Noble VW Sydney provides!!! Lies, lies, lies !!!I wish I could take that one star too!!!They sold and installed a tow bar on my Amarok that doesn't support anything has LED lights. Didn't even bother with telling me but great at charging 1200 aud!!!I ended up with a tow bar for cosmetic purposes. Disappointed
