Staff this morning didn’t even want to acknowledge there were customers in the store. Straight out ignored us and went on answering phone calls instead. A simple sorry I’ll be with you in a minute would have been really easy. Instead we will take our business elsewhere…

Without saying anything just put my new battery on the counter (i bought eles where)The guy behind the counter said this is all you need and gave me terminal spacers so my old terminals would fit.Saved my money and time, i was able to replace my battery immediately. Thankyou so much highly recommend

Either I came on a bad day or it’s just the way they operate. I came in because my plates were stolen. Needed anti theft screws. Guy seems okay didn’t seem like he was enjoying his day. I needed to borrow a flat head screw driver for 2 minutes to put my plates on I had the wrong set. He didn’t want to lend and was quite rude. I didn’t want to buy one when I just have the wrong screw driver. I just thought this was not great service I went across to the mechanics and without hesitation they just said here ya go here is a flat head to lend. I’ll stick with autobahn. They seem to be more customer service orientated.

Fella working Sunday arvo on 24/4/22 was a massive help with finding new headlight globes.Very knowledgeable and great service!I'll definitely be back!
