Purchased two items from CoolThings and one of it came in broken, the breakage appeared to have been there prior the item even being received by CoolThings, as the item packaging and the CoolThings delivery packaging is done very well to avoid breakages.Sent the photo of the damaged component back to CoolThings, within 24hrs, a replacement was sent out. I was worried about having to deal with returning the damaged item back to CoolThings and having to pay for delivery, but nope.. can just dispose of it and new product will be provided.Thank you for providing such great and easy service.Will definitely be looking to purchase more from you in the future.
