Customer service was not good. Dropped my vehicle off for a replacement windscreen, which they did satisfactorily, but never received a call to notify when the job was completed and had to try and contact the Shepparton branch directly (which is basically impossible) using the 1800 numbers, and got told at 4:15PM that the branch closes at 4:00PM. Finally managed to get thru to the branch directly and was told there was a miscommunication between the workshop and reception. Pretty poor excuse! A few lessons in improving their customer service certainly wouldn't go astray.

Very poor communication, they contacted us to say the job couldn't be done on the day due to injury, thts fine but knowing we had 2hr travel time and only being notified at lunch time was poor. Also re booking was difficult and we've had the job done elsewhere

No service from me, after waiting 10mins with a baby for the service clerk to fluff around finding out what car I had despite telling her exactly what it was.Then wait longer for another bloke who feel the need to big note himself to women.All I wanted was a simple price, not stand there waiting holding a 15kg baby because they can't get their act into gear.Then to be told I'd be paying the replacement of the windscreen if the nitwit staff break it.Um that's a big no!Considering Obriens history with competent staff break windscreens.

Awesome service, super easy to book online, came to workplace to replace windshield. Jake was great, with friendly quick service! Fingers crossed we don’t break another windshield but if we do we’ll definitely book O’Briens again!
