Very disappointing took one of the company's laptops for service on a fan error. I was told it would cost $100 to clean it I said Yes no problems, asked for if it could be serviced as soon as possible I was told 24 hours I said Yes no problems. He explained it might be cost more I said Yes no problems he continued to repeat himself it was very clear they did not want to do the work in the end I left with the laptop and took it to a professional all fix now. Don't waste your time with these amateurs.

Super helpful nd friendly staffs! I went there first time this morning and they gave me a FREE troubleshooting for my All-in-one and Save me $50. They don't charge by hours only require a minimum charge with 45 bucks on PCs repair. Plus they have everything you want on PC and mobile phone appliances. I would definitely continue on business with them as long as I live in this area.

Andrew knows his stuff. He quotes the problem and is right. Prompt and knowledgeable service. Good pricing. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

I would like to thank Andrew for the great job he did with our old PC of getting our old data and bring across to our PC. We will always go to them when we have questions to do any computer problems and I highly recommend them now and in the future.

Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Shop owner was friendly and love a chat. Would go back for laptop and phone repair. Also have massive range of phone accessories.

The team was very friendly and willing to assist me with my desktop PC upgrade requirements. They advised me upfront about possible complications that may occur given the properties and age of the PC. I required the PC the same day and the team accommodated me in that regard. Great work delivered by Netway PC. I will definitely go back to them for future PC repairs.

I bought an iphone 7+ cover yesterday. That night it ripped off. All plastic parts fell apart. Next day, I took it to the store and showed them. They told me they can sell a new one. Even they told me it is an old product and I hadn’t bought from them. I am very frustrated and I will never go back there again.
