I used Modern Alarms because it was recommended to me by a manager of a complex with more than 120 houses in it. I wanted no BS and job done clean and tidy with no cables or anything showing. I was surprised when Martin came out and done a site survey. Picked up on things I never thought of. Engineers came out and done a fantastic job and they cleaned up after the work. Real professional company and I was glad I took the advice as it took away all the hassle. I was also very pleased with the price and training on the system as well. We've used Modern Alarms across two new house builds, and we have consistently been impressed by both the quality of the components used and the installation. They won't be the cheapest, but you will get honest service at a reasonable price.

They gave me a really good price on my alarm system last year and was recommended by a friend so went ahead with them.The guy who came to install my system went above and beyond. He explained everything in good detail,addressed all my queries and configured my system exactly how I wanted. I had minor issues that needed fixing and the customer service was really good. Just try ringing them instead of email to get a quicker response. Highly recommend you contact them for a quote.

Found extremely hard to get hold of, used them a few years back, Tried again found hard to get hold of again no one answers the phone. I give up.
