landcruiser was driving fine before I had it in for a service and a rwc check, now it's almost not driveable would look elsewhere.

The guy's down here are awesome go out of their way to help you very friendly service they get the job done quickly and efficiently and in budget highly recommend these guys

Was a great place to send my car, the girls in the office was so nice and friendly and great to deal with with good communication. The boys in the workshop are very knowledgeable and are very trustworthy with your vehicle, it was quick and easy and painless and had my car back within the week.

I got my car checked because my check engine light wouldn't was on. When I picked my car up the mechanic told me the light was broken and he needed to order one in and it'd cost $270 to fix. I told him not to fix it, paid for the general check up and left. A few days later im driving and my car starts smoking from the hood. I took it to another place and turns out my radiator was broken and had to be replaced, I trusted this place and paid to get it fixed, light turned off and hasn't turn back on... Clearly lilydale Service group don't even look at the cars. disgusting way to treat people that pay your bills. If you're going to take peoples money at least do your job

Staffs are very well behaved. But they cannot keep the commitment about completing work as per projected time. A family, who has only one car better find an alternative place. But they are happy to drop you off after leaving the car with them. It is very convenient. Price is not very competitive. I am not sure about quality policy or whether they have any. After finishing the work, someone (who does not do the work) should do the quality checking. They are okay, but definitely not the best. There are lots of room for improvement. They must hire experienced mechanics who are better at diagnosis. As a neighbour, I wish them well. I can't promise, I shall go there next time, but I shall keep them as alternative services provider.

Unbelievable service from the minute I walked in . The cleanliness is very good and the service is great once you enter the door . I had to get some new bulbs put in and as it was very tricky I went to see the guys at Lillydale Service Centre and without a question the got me in and out within an hour and I got looked after . There prices are great and Nathan and Corey have awesome staff . I totally recommend these guys for all your car services.
