Called on Saturday to see if they had a tube for a tractor tryer , they called back they had one. I said it will take me 30 Min to get there that's fine he said 11.00 pm sat .I arrived tyre fitters said can we help you, yes I have a puncher needing repair but you can put a tube in the manager has one here, there fitter reply won't be done to day its 11.30 pm your manager knows I was coming.The manager replied you wanted a tube, yes and i wanted it fitted . No replied the manager we won't have time to fit it. You can leave it here and come back Tuesday. All good I will go and you can keep your tube as you can't do supply and fit.I'm glad I only losed 1 hr. the moral to the story ask more questions , or there's not enough time in the dayRegardsKevin

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE, Ordered incorrect tyre size *my fault, so brought a new set while there. Store was unable to refund told to call the 13 oh number" took 28days to get a refund back with 5+ calls and 6 emails... Poorly managed over all the the company."

Charged an extra $100 more than my last tyre replacement and then another $30 for tyre disposal (when I was keeping the faulty tyres to take back for warranty at the original tyre place).All items on my bill were marked as 4x4SUV, and when I questioned them they said that just comes up on all the invoices.... Highly unlikely.... My car was a Mitsubishi Lancer.Then I find out they should have just replaced the tyres for free as they come under the Dunlop Tyres umbrella company (the original faulty fitting). It is 8 months later and I still haven't gotten a sufficient response regarding refund.

Visiting from NSW, needed a couple of tyres, these fellas had no worries fitting our job in, great service and friendly accommodating staff.

Rocked up today in a bit of a pickle and was slotted straight in and the problem was fixed within 30mins at an awesome price. Service was friendly, informative and professional. Could not fault it at all. Cheers!!
