The pies are awesome.. purchased a few for my family, they were kind enough to bake some cold ones for us. Definitely recommend!

Usually very good. Don't get served by Katlen she has displayed rudness and chooses to ignore customers. The manager/ owner was happy to see this behaviour and dismiss it.Very disappointing display of customers service, this particular store is NOT recommended

Worst customer service experience ever in Australia from the duty manager. Such an arrogant and abusive lady. She only knows how to raise her voice not only with customers but also with other staffs. At the same time, she is a racist as she was telling other team members to be very strict with the women who are wearing scarf and did the same with me.The owner is overlooking every ill mannered behaviour done by the manager.Such a shame for this brand!!

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse Waverley GardensReview 15/12/2020It is a pop-up store rather than a shop just close to Woolworths supermarket.Shoppers can enjoy a cup of coffee or a pastry/pie in the general area. In the cabinets there are several beautiful decorated cakes for special occasions. They are made to order.I can do with another cup of coffee!

I put a review on here about a week ago, re coffee. Seems like some complaints get deleted. Not Good. Moved into a new premises at Waverley Gardens not impressed with the prices or service. There is 6 other shops that sell coffees

Pie was warmed up in microwave. It was uneatable. The selection of pies in comparison to all other Ferguson bakeries was very little.Being a local I'll still make the drive to Chadstone it's much better...

Used to be the go to place for coffee in Waverly Gardens shopping centre but not anymore. Lazy staff, not interested in serving customers. They chat to eachother while the customers wait for coffee. However, thw chai was good. Tast hasnt changed but I think the management has changed.
