Port Shipping Containers - Container Sales & Hire

I've had such a poor customer experience like this before but I feel it's important to warn future buyers. I was told I would have a quote for used containers including specified Hiab transport for an agreed price on the phonr. The quote never came so the next day (less than 24 hours) I called again and the sales person forgot to send it. But apparently by then the prices had changed. And the best price that the team could do was over $800 more than the original price. As penance, the person promised" to personally inspect the containers himself even though they live over 3 hours away from the yard where the containers would come from. First indicator of possible foul play.For whatever reason the Hiab transport was suddenly only a sideloader which was specially told would not suit the site requirements. It took days to resolve and negotiate until the Hiab was secured. Second indicator.On the day of transport I was already en route to the site

I was concerned with spending money on a product without seeing it first, especially with all the scams happening right now with shipping containers. We decided to risk it for the biscuit as the quote from this company was unbeatable.Safe to say it paid off. We received a solid 40ft container to our property in Jindabyne and on time.I would recommend this company and in particular Eliah, as his customer service was outstanding.We are happy with the product and our experience with Port Shipping Containers.

Eliah was great to deal with, gave us the best price & was more then happy to go back & forwards with sending through quotes until we decided on what we needed. Unfortunately after purchasing we ended up having a substantial amount of rain for months on end meaning our choice of placement for our container was a mud pit. Eliah was more then happy to hold of delivery until we could get the area ready & then organised delivery within 2 days of us giving the go ahead. Great company to get a shipping container from, I got mine new, was the best deal around at the time. Mitchell Mann was a great help and easy to work with in organising the deal and delivery. Even when I had to last-minute change the destination, he was very flexible in organising that for me. If I ever need a second container they’ll be my first call.

Although Port Shipping required a lot of personal detail from me for security reasons, their service and delivery of the container hire was perfect, they are very professional and quick turnaround from order to deliver was only a day or 2 and turned up on time and without any hick ups, I would highly recommend this company and will defiantly be using their services again and again.
