New to the area. Very happy with my 1st cut here. Unfortunately she's leaving but told me they're all trained to the same standards. Will be going back.

One of the worst haircuts of my life. The young girl was rushed and rude. Was clear I wanted a pixie cut and clipper on back neck. She suddenly shaved above ear and sideburns with a number 3 clippers. Despite asking her to chip in top she hardly did it. Fringe is soup and down. 2 weeks late looks Iike a basin cut. I am ashamed to be seen.Interelast haircut was wonderful by the older lady who only works a couple of days a week.

Staff are always rude, had an appointment today & the lady kept trying to find excuses for me to rebook just because she didn’t want to have me as a customer, because of my race, in the end I said I won’t be rebooking I’ll go elsewhere and I went home feeling discriminated against. Won’t be going to this salon again

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I have had such an awful experience here. After going to the lengths of showing the lady what I was hopeful to have my hair look like ( Knowing that it won't be exact, but nonetheless what I was aiming for) I am left with an absolute mess. The blonde highlights are completely purple or gold and along side all the other colours in my hair it just looks awful.After going back and letting them know I was unhappy with the outcome, I was told some things I could do at home to help minimise the purple, but that was the end of that. They didn't want to know anymore and honestly, came across they couldn't be bothered dealing with it and I was left on my own to fix it. I have since reached out to another local hairdresser to help fix this mess.Very disappointing.

One of the younger girls, i think her name was Alisha, cut my hair and she was really gentle and took great care and did a really great job. It smelt good in there, which I think is important for a hair salon.
