Paradise on earth. Enjoyed an amazing time snowboarding at Charlottes Pass in July 2022. Absolutely stunning location. The override snow trip was an adventure unto it's self, such amazing scenery. Limited numbers on the slopes, so no waiting at the gates. Great mix of runs too. Love to see this place in summer.

Start of the daunting Main Range Track, a dramatic plunge to the Snowy River before an unrelenting hard climb to Mount Lee and the beautiful traverse to Thredbo or back to Charlotte Pass

Spectacular! 1835 meters above the sea level. Excellent place for hiking or picnic in summer. Cool to cold weather during February. Well managed tracks with signage. Close to the Charlotte Pass village.

Exactly 5 years since I last visited and definitely still worth going at this time of the year towards the end of the snow season. Great driving road up to the pass with 100kmph most of the way up and is quite engaging.

It is now 8 pm at night. We are cold and wet and have been trying to get out of here since 3pm. All over snows are broken. I watch many families with young kids under 6. All stuck here and the company doing nothing to help. Everyone is laying on the broken and dangerous pub floor tired and hungry. What a disgrace.I think we will need to walk the 8 klm out in the blizzard to get out.I feel so sorry for the helpless staff coping abuse for the lack of maintenance , lack of care.No good ringing that will take hrs. In my case 8 hrs on the ph just to book.Jindabyne tip would be run better.

It's a wonderful driving destination for Sydney siders albeit 6 hrs. You can drive up to the Pass and relax enjoying the famed panoramic vista from the lookout. Also highly recommend for start hiking Mt Kosciuszko from there, a 18.6km return grade 3 difficulty. It's the highest place of Australia. Equally brilliant alt option is Hiking from sister village, Thredbo. Don't miss it...

The main range track and the broadwalk tracks are amazing! I came by in autumn and stopped short of the river (due to my embarrassing level of fitness) but it was a good hike nonetheless. Great views of the cistas, its cool and calm and I was lucky to go on a sunny day.
