I've been taking my dogs here since moving to the area and I have always been happy with the service. It's reasonably priced and my fur babies are always looking and smelling beautiful! I also like how you are messaged as soon as your dog has finished and doesn't need to sit at the salon all day waiting. Thank you for the always doing a great job!

A few weeks ago I took in my corgi in for a wash, de-shed, tidy up and sanitary trim. The attached photos show how he looked when was sent home. It was not worth paying $96. There was an attempt to shave my corgi's backside and legs, but it was done so poorly. The cuts are extremely blunt, jagged and uneven with some sections shaved almost to the skin. This was not what I asked for and at no point was this communicated to me before, during or after. I did not consent to my corgi being shaved. It is strongly advised against to shave a double coat due to the long-term damage it can cause to the coat. We had been coming here for almost 2 years and thought we could trust this place, but the dramatic drop in quality means we will not be coming back.

Luna had her very first groom experience here, the staff were very friendly and took very good care of her. Luna came out looking clean, beautifully groomed and with a lovely perfume on as well. Luna is a border collie so she mostly had an undercoat brush and a tidy up. Reasonably priced for a groom and they did such a good job, I'm sure we will be back in a few months.

I’ve just picked up my two feral pups (1 x miniature labradoodle 1x Cavoodle) who were completely overdue, matted and just generally gross. I cannot believe how good they look now, Jeremy has done an amazing job at restoring them to their pre-winter selves, and a better version at that! One of the two has incredibly bad anxiety, and I normally have to hear all about how horribly he behaves, but Jeremy didn’t mention a thing and he was noticeably calmer that when I picked him up from other places. I’ve literally tried every groomer in this area and they do not even compare to Hatchi & Co. ❤️❤️

We were very excited to send our 8 month old puppy to hachi and co for his first groom. I spoke to someone during the booking process explaining it was his first groom and that we really just wanted a simple trim and for him to get used to the process. Upon walking in to drop him off we were hurriedly greeted at the desk and our pup was roughly picked up and dumped into a communal waiting bay. After leaving we were contacted an hour or so later via text with an unprofessional message describing him as difficult and wanting to shave him during further visits because he was too hard to brush. Upon picking him up our normally happy go lucky, people loving pup was terrified and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We brush him daily and wash him weekly at home and have taken great effort to get him used to the whole process so were shocked to hear he was difficult. We have since gone to a different groomer with zero issues. He goes every few weeks for a full treatment and copes with everything extremely well. I would not recommend hachi and co to anyone.

I went to Hachi&Co for the first time today. The staff were very accommodating. It was the first time my dog had been to a groomer to have his nails cut. It took 3 staff members to assist but they got it done. They were great.
