The absolute best bike shop around. I’ve been to many. Some bike shops will sell you Ebikes that are only allowed off road. Service is spectacular!!! Hard to get them on the phone but don’t be put off by that. Not pushy and fabulous after sales service. Jakob is a legend!

I recently brought my e-bike to Bikemore for a brake check and was beyond impressed with the friendly and positive atmosphere of the shop. Late last year I took my electric bike that I had purchase several years prior from Bikemore in to them to check a battery problem I was having. Given the age of the bike I assumed I would need to purchase a replacement battery (approx $800). However, Bikemore owner Jacob rang me later that day and advised the battery switch was faulty and he replaced it at no cost. He also checked the battery and suggested it was in good condition giving me real peace of mind.His honesty and attitude towards this issue was very refreshing. Since then I have had that bike serviced and again Jacob was very honest and upfront with details and costs associated with the service.So last month my husband decided he was going to buy an electric bike and went to a few other bike outlet’s to test ride different bikes and guess where he bought his bike???Jacob listened and understood his cycling needs and immediately suggested several bikes to test ride before my husband narrowed it down to a choice of two. My husband was very pleased that Jacob pinpointed the perfect bike options for him and did not try to “up sell” him a bike (like he had experienced elsewhere). My husband has had the bike for about two months now and he is extremely happy with his purchase.Needles to say we both are very comfortable recommending Bikemore to anyone who is contemplating purchasing an electric bike.

Took my ebike in for a service, and what a service I was given. Jakob was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I thought I would have to buy a new battery, but they rebalanced my old one, saving me over $400 dollarsMy bike has never run so well. Thanks again to all at Bikemore. Great service, no pressure tactics and no rush here at Bikemore. They aren't going to sell you something that wont suit you and they're more than happy for you to test ride... In fact they insist on it. (Buying a bike without test riding it is the same as buying new shoes without trying them on).I visited Bikemore with the intention of testing an Ordica Neo e-bike, based on my own research and after two visits and some test riding etc. I ended up with an Earth T-Rex and haven't looked back. I've been back a few times for bits of equipment and little tweaks to the bike and nothing has been too much trouble. I highly recommend talking to Jakub if you're in the market for an e-bike.
