Courage Meats Fire

Absolutely amazing service. Took care of everything and made an amazing meal for everyone. Also was able to consider an allergy (onions) and was able to alter recipes to suit and if not able to alter then he made substitute options.It was so nice to not have to think about food during a party as I could see from the way PC set up and took control that everything was going to be done on time and with the highest quality.If you are looking for the best meat in the hills, with delicious options for sides then look no further. You will not be disappointed!!! Yum!! And thank you so much x

Last week we had Paul from Courage Meats Fire cater for our 100 strong party. He was there early and stayed late to be sure we were happy. The meat was cooked perfectly and served on time. He takes a lot of pride in his work.Would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks
