Don’t normally comment on business’s but these guys are very professional and offer an amazing workshop facility. Always have been able to get me going and always prepared to sell me the beat option not the most expensive.I have dealt wit them for about 8 years and can not fault them with customer service.By the way Elizabeth is always helpful both with advice and service.

I rely on the service & excellent experience that these guys provide. On many occasions my gear has needed repairs and the team some how get me going super fast. Great range of products that I seem to keep buying more off :-) fantastic all around.

Very disappointed with the service, inconsistent pricing and poor communication. I took 3 items in for a simple service. I got a text 4 days later to say my items were ready for pick up but when I arrived two items hadn’t been serviced at all. Had to wait another 3 days for them to be worked on. When I finally picked up all 3 items a week later the service charge was DOUBLE what I had been told when I dropped the items off. I was told at drop off that if it was going to cost more I’d get a call before any extra work was completed - well that never happened! It seemed like they were making up the invoice amounts on the spot during pick up. So I questioned the prices and they realised I knew something fishy was going on so they immediately reduced the price. Wonder how many people get over charged and are too polite to say anything. Won’t be going back here again, what a terrible experience.

I'd been looking for a new law mower for awhile. Had in my head what I was getting. Thought I'd drop in to peninsula mowers to see what he had as I've bought a lot of stuff from there.After talking to Ammon about the different mowers I changed my mind. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful I saved money and got a better mower.The store is awesome. I'd definitely recommend his shop.

My first visit to Peninsula Mowers was about a chain skipping off my new chainsaw. Ammon identified serious burrs on the chain (which I agreed were there) and recommended a new chain. He didn't have any of the specific type I wanted in stock so instead he manually cut me a new one off chain reel he had, then he took the time to show me how to tension it properly. This was while serving three other customers at the same time. I call that excellent customer service. I've had no further problems with my chainsaw and have now returned to get a brushcutter and several other attachments for my Stihl gear. Ammon always takes the time to answer any questions I have and is great to deal with. I will take all my future business to Peninsula Mowers. A great business and highly recommended.

I bought a Stihl chainsaw here last year and after a lot of use the chain needed a sharpen. This is a small business and the two owners took the time to listen to my questions, answer them and helped me with some general maintenance issues. I bought a new chain and had my original sharpened, at what I thought were good prices. So I left happy. If you are looking for powered gardening tools (mowers, saws, edgers etc) I suggest you look at what Peninsula Mowers has to offer.
